We love setting beautiful wedding stages and mandaps at The Merion in Cinnaminson, NJ. This venue is located just minutes away from our warehouse in Cinnaminson, NJ. With Multiple floors, there are several ballrooms that serve as a convenience for the the multiple pre-wedding events for South Asian Brides and Weddings. One of our favorite ballrooms includes the Skylight ballroom on the second floor for a mandap display directly under their glass dome ceiling. The skylight ballroom at the Merion Cinnaminson always feels bright and airy, the sunlight shines down at center into our mandap. For brides who want the heavy warm glow, candlelight decor does not work as well in this room, we prefer to use wedding decor that connects naturally with the daytime features. Circular mandap shapes worked best for Indian wedding ceremonies at The Merion, guest chairs can be uniquely placed around the Indian wedding mandap. We do not prefere a raised aisle for a bride's entry at this venue, because of the lower ceiling, but a taller wedding stage is fine here. The Merion does have its own stages, but they have limited sections. We typically place the Ganesh Diety directly outside the ceremony ballroom at The Merion, Cinnaminson, or we place it directly on the lower level foyer entrance.

The Palazzo ballroom for an Indian Wedding Reception is grand. Decoration is limited to guest tables and a wedding stage, but there are central unique details that can really bring ideas together here. The ballroom has a natural opulent setting for Indian weddings and South Asian Weddings. The stage size recommended here is 12' by 24' with fresh flowers, stage cover, decorative sofa, fresh flower arrangements , and a bride and groom dinner table on the side for eating, if they get a chance to eat! One of my favorite features of The Merion Cinnaminson Reception Ballroom is the Dessert display in the foyer, a breathtaking array for Indian wedding guests. There is no wedding decor needed for these specific areas as the venue does a magnificent job and we don't want to take away from the decoration of their food. For Sangeet and Pre-wedding celebrations, we do include decoration for this cocktail area, simply to add a splash of color.
